Noted cinema producer and aspirant for KFCC President in the beginning of Kannada Rajyotsava month (KFCC Elections are on 30th of October) Kannada activist Sa Ra Govindu has come out sharply on the music directors who work on package system.


‘Package system Tolagabeku’ – Package system of music directors should go away. The interest of producer should be saved. When the music directors, lyricists and singers take lakhs of rupees from producer why should not support producer in giving NOC. This would benefit the producer in turn from audio houses. When the CD does not do business do they give back certain money for the producers or audio companies?  After taking the remuneration their responsibility seizes. With such non cooperation they are digging well for their work. In many cases even if there is one lakh less from package amount the work has not taken place. There was no package system earlier. The remuneration paid to local singers is also very cheap amount.


BK Srinivas prominent producer said let the music director for my film work free. I would give honorarium for the concerned music director for lifetime. They are aspirants for royalty amount. When a piece of diamond is found in a water bottle, saying that diamond is mine is very wrong stated BK Srinivas.
